Our story
One room. A little water.
And a lot of patience.
We are not big farmers. In one 10 × 12 foot room in Nagpur we grow microgreens on four racks — and that is what reaches your home.
We started in 2026 with a simple rule: never sell yesterday's greens. So we grow in small batches, cut on the morning of delivery, and take the trays to your door ourselves.

Our method
No soil. No fertiliser or pesticide. Nothing hidden.
We use cocopeat — a natural medium made from coconut husk. The germs and insects that live in soil simply never arrive, which is why no pesticide is needed at all.
The room is air-conditioned, every shelf has two LED tubes and two fans — so whether it is 45 degrees outside or pouring rain, the weather inside stays the same all year. That is why the taste and the quality never change.
4 racks × 4 shelves × 4 trays = 64 tray spaces

7 to 21 days
From sowing to your plate
Day 0 — the seed is soaked in clean water (4 to 18 hours depending on the crop)
Day 1 — spread evenly in a tray of cocopeat
Days 2-4 — complete darkness (blackout) — the shoots gather strength
Days 4-7 — they come into the light and turn green
Harvest day — cut with scissors only after your order, packed straight away
Which means one thing — we do not keep stock. What you eat was alive that same morning.
Our promise
We promise four things
No fertiliser, no pesticide
No pesticide, fungicide or chemical fertiliser. Only seed, cocopeat, clean water and LED light.
Cut after you order
We do not sell what has been lying in a fridge for a week. Your order comes in, then we harvest.
Honest weight
If we say 50 g, it is 50 g — the packing is weighed separately. The scale has been checked.
If you don't like it
Send a photo and tell us. No argument — your next order is free. It is that simple.
A little science
So what exactly is a microgreen?
After the seed sprouts, the plant puts out its first two true leaves — a plant cut at that stage is a microgreen. That stage lasts roughly 7 to 17 days.
At this stage the plant is living on the energy stored in its seed. Research has found several vitamins more concentrated in microgreens than in the grown-up leaves; as the plant gets bigger, its water content rises and the same nutrients are spread thinner.
Source: Xiao Z. et al., “Assessment of vitamin and carotenoid concentrations of emerging food products: edible microgreens”, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2012 (USDA). Figures vary by crop; our own trays have not been lab-tested.
Sprouts and microgreens — what is the difference?
Sprouts — grown in water, in the dark, eaten with the root. 2-4 days. Being damp, the risk of germs is higher.
Microgreens — grown in a medium, in light. We cut them with the stem and leave the root. Safer, and more flavour.
How much should I eat daily?
20–30 g a day is enough — that is one good handful. A 50 g pack lasts two people two days.
Note: If you are taking blood-thinning medicine, ask your doctor before starting the kinds that are high in vitamin K (kale, broccoli).
Microgreens are food, not medicine. For any health condition, talk to your doctor.
