This page explains what information Fresh Microgreens Nagpur (freshmicrogreensnagpur.in) collects, why, and how it is looked after.
What we collect
- When you place an order or ask for a subscription: name, mobile number, delivery address, and any note you write. Without these we cannot deliver.
- When you register for a workshop: name, mobile number, email (if you give one), and how many people are coming.
- When you send an enquiry: name, mobile number and your question.
- When you request the e-book: name and mobile number.
- When you write a review: the name and area you type, your rating and your review. It appears on the website only after we have read it, and we remove it whenever you ask.
What we do not collect
- We do not store any payment details. We never ask for or keep card numbers, UPI PINs or bank details. Payment is made on delivery or directly by UPI.
- We do not store your IP address. We count how many people visit the site, but that is only a number — it does not say who visited.
- We have not installed any advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Only to complete your work — deliver your order, remind you about a workshop, answer your question, and keep our accounts. Nothing beyond that.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information to anyone.
It goes further only as far as the work needs:
- To our own delivery person — your name, address and number.
- If the law requires it, only to that extent.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as our accounts and the law require. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed after we have replied.
When you use the order, subscription or workshop form on this website, a copy of what you typed is saved on our own website server, where only we can see it. It helps us prepare exactly what you asked for. These copies are deleted automatically after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show what information about you we hold
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it (except records the law requires us to keep for accounts)
- stop sending you messages
