Packing & storage

Packed in an airtight box. Keep it in the fridge, unwashed — most greens stay fresh for 4–6 days.

Live trays

Don't put a live tray in the fridge. Keep it by a window, water the base daily and cut what you need for 8–10 days.

Wash before eating

We grow on clean cocopeat. Rinse lightly just before eating — nothing else needed.
