Microgreens are fresh, highly perishable produce, cut after you order. So "try it and return it" cannot work here the way it does for clothes or gadgets. But if the fault is ours, you get your money back — that is our promise.
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel any time before we confirm the order — just WhatsApp +91 84839 36711. There is no charge.
- Once the greens have been cut, the order cannot be cancelled, because produce cut for you cannot be given to someone else.
- If we cannot fulfil your order, we tell you ourselves and refund in full anything you have paid.
If something is wrong
If any of the following happens, tell us on +91 84839 36711 on the day of delivery — a photo helps us understand at once:
- the greens arrived spoiled, wilted or smelling off
- you received a different item from the one you ordered
- the weight was clearly short
- an item in your order was missing
You then choose:
- that item free in your next order, or
- a refund of that amount
We do not ask you to send fresh produce back — your word and a photo are enough for us.
How a refund reaches you
- If you paid cash, in cash — or by UPI if you prefer.
- If you paid by UPI, back to the same account.
- We send the refund as soon as we have decided. Money sent by UPI credits according to bank timings.
Cancelling a workshop booking
- If we cancel or move a workshop and the new date does not suit you, you get a full refund.
- If you cannot come, tell us beforehand. The advance can be moved to the next batch.
- If you do not come and did not tell us, the advance is not refunded, because that seat could not be given to anyone else that day.
- If you bought the kit and it is unopened, we will take it back.
E-book
The e-book is a digital file. Once the link has been issued and the file downloaded, it cannot be refunded. If the link does not work, the file will not open, or you received the wrong file — tell us. We will fix it, or refund you in full.

Subscriptions
- Skip or pause any delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp by 9 pm the day before. Skipped deliveries move to the end of your plan.
- Change your box any week. If the price changes, we adjust the difference.
- Cancel any time. A delivery that has already been harvested cannot be cancelled. If you paid for the plan in advance, we refund the deliveries you have not received, at the per-delivery price you paid.
- Quality problems with a subscription box are handled exactly like a normal order (see above).
