Description
A living tray of wheatgrass, about 250 g, delivered still growing in its tray. Keep it by a bright window, water the base a little every day, and cut only as much as you need each morning — so every glass of juice is cut minutes before you drink it.
Wheatgrass blades are fibrous, so they are juiced rather than eaten like salad: use a slow juicer, or blend with a little water and strain. The tray stays good for about 8–10 days.
