Description
Radish is the microgreen most people try first, and for good reason: it has the sharp, peppery bite of a fresh mooli, but in a tender shoot with pink-white stems. A few strands are enough to wake up a plain roti-sabzi or a sandwich.
We soak the seed, keep the tray in the dark for three days and then under LED light until it is ready in about 7–9 days. It is cut only after you order — on the morning it reaches you.
How to use
On roti and vegetables, in salad, in a sandwich.
