Description
Broccoli microgreens are small green shoots with heart-shaped leaves and a mild, slightly earthy taste with a gentle peppery edge. They belong to the cabbage family, the group of vegetables known for compounds called glucosinolates.
Eat them raw for the best taste and texture: in smoothies, salads, sandwiches or on top of a finished dish. We harvest them in about 9–12 days. A 50 g pack lasts two people a few days.
