Description
A whole living tray of the crop you choose, about 250 g, delivered still growing. Keep it near a window (not in harsh sun and not in the fridge), water the base daily, and snip what you need — nothing is fresher than greens cut a minute before you eat them.
Sunflower, pea, radish and wheat do best at home; delicate crops like amaranth and basil wilt quickly, so we will tell you if your choice is not a good fit. Harvest most of the tray within 2–3 days, before the shoots turn tough.
