Description
Sunflower shoots are our most re-ordered green: thick, juicy stems with a nutty, almost cashew-like taste and a big crunch. They hold up well in wraps, bowls and salads, and children often eat them straight from the box.
The seed is soaked, weighed down in the dark so the stems grow strong, and then greened under LED light for about 8–11 days. They come in a 100 g pack because the shoots are large and heavy.
